1. About KerSite
KerSite is a digital website and business-presence platform operated and crafted by iMor. KerSite provides hosted business pages, subdomains, content-management tools, lead capture, analytics, SEO features, AI-search visibility tools and related digital services.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, purchasing or using a KerSite service, accessing the customer portal, or continuing to use a KerSite-hosted website, you agree to these Terms and the linked Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you use KerSite for a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping credentials confidential and activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you reasonably suspect unauthorized access. KerSite may require security verification, reCAPTCHA or additional verification to protect users and the platform.
4. Customer content and business information
Customers remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and rights associated with business names, logos, photographs, product information, prices, offers, reviews, contact details and other content they upload or publish. You grant KerSite a limited license to host, process, resize, convert, cache and display that content solely to provide and improve the service.
5. Plans, validity and service limits
Features, storage, product limits, analytics, custom-domain support and other capabilities may depend on the selected plan. Plans may expire, downgrade or become suspended according to their stated validity. We may change plan features prospectively and will aim to provide reasonable notice for material changes affecting active paid services.
6. Payments, renewals and refunds
Where paid plans are offered, pricing, taxes, billing period, renewal terms and any refund eligibility will be shown at or before purchase. Unless a written proposal or invoice states otherwise, setup work or services already delivered may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Third-party services
KerSite may integrate or link to third-party services including Google Maps, Google reCAPTCHA, Google APIs, Meta services, WhatsApp, analytics tools, payment providers or other platforms. Their own terms and privacy rules apply to those services. Availability of a third-party integration is not guaranteed and may change if that provider changes its APIs, policies or access requirements.
8. Google user data
If a KerSite feature later requests access to Google user data, KerSite will request only permissions needed for the visible feature, explain the purpose of access, handle data according to the published Privacy Policy and applicable Google API Services User Data Policy, and use Google user data only for disclosed and permitted purposes.
9. Meta platform data
If a KerSite feature connects to Meta services, KerSite will use platform data only for the functionality described to the user and subject to applicable Meta platform requirements. Users can request deletion of applicable connected data using the Data Deletion page.
10. SEO, search and AI visibility
KerSite can provide technical SEO, structured data, sitemaps, local-business information, FAQ publishing and AI-readable content. Search ranking, indexing, rich results, Google AI Overviews, Gemini citations, ChatGPT citations or inclusion in any search/AI answer are controlled by third parties and are never guaranteed.
11. Acceptable use
You must not use KerSite for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, abusive, malicious or harmful activity, or to distribute malware, impersonate others, collect data unlawfully, interfere with platform security or violate third-party platform policies.
12. Availability and changes
We work to keep KerSite reliable and secure, but continuous or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, hosting problems, internet failures, DNS changes, third-party outages or security events may affect availability. Features may evolve over time.
13. Suspension and termination
KerSite may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, abuse, legal compliance, platform-policy compliance or serious breach of these Terms. Customers may request account closure and data deletion subject to legal, accounting, security and backup-retention requirements.
14. Intellectual property
KerSite software, platform design, trademarks, documentation and original platform materials remain the property of their respective owners. Customer-owned content remains owned by the customer or its licensors.
15. Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KerSite is provided on an “as available” basis. KerSite and iMor are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from third-party platforms, search rankings, customer-supplied content, internet outages or uses outside the intended platform functionality.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are intended to operate subject to applicable laws of India. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded. Before formal proceedings, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve disputes through the contact details below.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as KerSite changes or legal/platform requirements evolve. The page will show the latest revision date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service where appropriate.
18. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the contact details published on kersite.com or through iMor at https://www.imor.in/.
