Data Deletion Instructions

Published by KerSite · Crafted by iMor · Updated 8 August 2026
Last updated: 8 August 2026 You may request deletion of information associated with a KerSite account, a KerSite-hosted enquiry, or a supported connected service. How to request deletion 1. Contact KerSite/iMor using the contact details on kersite.com and clearly state that you are requesting data deletion. 2. Include the email address, phone number, business name or connected account information reasonably necessary to locate the relevant record. Do not send passwords or authentication secrets. 3. We may ask you to verify your identity or authority before deleting account or connected-platform data. 4. Once verified, we will delete or de-identify eligible data from active systems within a reasonable period, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax/accounting and backup-retention obligations. Meta/Facebook connected data If you connected a supported Meta/Facebook account through a KerSite feature, use this page as KerSite's published user-data deletion instructions. Include enough information for us to identify the connected KerSite account. Where a Meta application requires an automated deletion callback, that callback must be configured separately in the Meta App Dashboard; this page does not by itself replace a required callback endpoint. Google connected data If you connected a Google account to a supported KerSite feature, you may also revoke access from your Google Account permissions. A deletion request to KerSite can be used to request removal of eligible Google-derived data retained by KerSite, subject to applicable retention obligations. What may be retained We may retain limited records where required for legal compliance, financial records, fraud/security investigations, dispute resolution or backup rotation. Such retained information is restricted to those purposes and deleted or anonymized when the retention reason ends.
