Last updated: 8 August 2026 1. Scope This Privacy Policy explains how KerSite, a digital platform crafted by iMor, handles information when people visit kersite.com, use the KerSite customer/admin portals, submit enquiries to KerSite-hosted business pages, or connect supported third-party services. 2. Information we may collect Depending on the feature used, information may include account name, email, phone number, business profile details, website content, uploaded images, enquiry details, IP-derived security information, device/browser information, page interactions, referrer/UTM information, and configuration data needed to operate a KerSite website. 3. How information is used We use information to provide and secure accounts; host and publish customer websites; process uploaded media; deliver forms and leads; provide analytics; support users; prevent abuse; maintain platform reliability; comply with law; and improve the service. We do not claim access to data a feature does not actually request. 4. Google services and Google user data KerSite may use Google services such as reCAPTCHA, Maps or, where separately enabled, Google APIs. If a feature requests Google user data, the application will disclose what data is requested and why, request only the permissions necessary for that visible feature, and use, store or share that data only as described here and in any in-product disclosure. Google user data will not be sold or used for prohibited advertising, surveillance or unrelated purposes. Where Google's Limited Use requirements apply, KerSite's handling of that data is intended to comply with them. 5. Meta services KerSite may support integrations with Meta products such as Facebook, Instagram, Messenger or WhatsApp where enabled. Connected platform data is used only to provide the requested connected functionality, support communications, maintain security and comply with applicable platform requirements. KerSite does not sell connected Meta platform data. Instructions for requesting deletion are available at /data-deletion. 6. reCAPTCHA and anti-abuse protection KerSite may use Google reCAPTCHA on login and enquiry forms to reduce spam, automated attacks and abuse. reCAPTCHA may collect technical information under Google's own terms and privacy practices. 7. Maps and external links KerSite-hosted business pages may embed Google Maps or link to Google Business Profile, social networks, messaging services and other external sites. Interaction with those services is governed by their policies. 8. Hosting, processors and sharing Information may be processed by hosting, infrastructure, security, email, analytics or integration providers strictly as needed to provide the relevant service. We may also disclose information where required by law, to investigate abuse or security incidents, or in connection with a legitimate corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information as a data-broker product. 9. Customer websites and enquiries KerSite customers are responsible for how they use leads and personal information received through their own business pages. KerSite acts as a platform provider for those websites; the business may have additional privacy obligations toward its visitors and customers. 10. Data retention We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the service, security, support, legal, tax/accounting or backup purposes. Retention can vary depending on data type and account status. Data scheduled for deletion may remain temporarily in secure backups until those backups rotate. 11. Security KerSite uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards such as HTTPS, password hashing, CSRF protection, access controls, upload validation, anti-abuse controls and audit logging where implemented. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. 12. Your choices and rights Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, or request account closure. Requests can be made through /data-deletion or the published KerSite/iMor contact channels. Identity verification may be required before fulfilling a request. 13. Children KerSite is designed as a business website platform and is not intended to knowingly collect children's personal information through account registration without appropriate authorization. 14. International services Some third-party infrastructure or integrations may process information in countries other than the user's location. Where relevant, such processing is subject to the provider's safeguards and applicable legal requirements. 15. Changes We may update this policy as the service, integrations or legal/platform requirements change. The revision date above identifies the current published version. 16. Contact For privacy questions, contact KerSite through kersite.com or iMor through https://www.imor.in/.
